A2Z LINGERIE was founded in 2001 as a retail store for women's homewear. We offer high-quality lingerie designed by renowned designers from all over the world. Our brand values its customers and provides them with high value for money, ensuring their loyalty grows year after year.

In 2016, we established our first factory in Alexandria, which was a huge success. Apart from our brand, the company also delivers high-quality products to other renowned names.
With its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, A2Z LINGERIE is quickly becoming the preferred lingerie choice for women nationwide.

Our commitment to excellence fuels the brand's rapid and steady growth. Returns / Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Dear valued customers:
For your health & hygiene safety, and according to our policy.

The following products cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Silicon Bra
  • Lingerie
  • Pantie
  • Swimwear
  • Corset


Exchange and refund are allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase while having the item in its original condition presented with the original receipt.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days
depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping Fees are not refundable.

To get Full refund

The company bears the product costs and shipping fees just in case :

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered.
